Selection procedure for AWES Army School Recruitment 2020
Ist stage : Screening test
In this there will be a online screening test. this test will commence on 21st and 22nd November 2020. this test will be conducted in an online mode. The testing agency for this online test will be appointed by headquarter AWES for quality recruitment of teachers.
Those candidate who will qualify the stage 1 screening exam will be provided a score card which will be valid for 3 years . this score card can be used for teaching in any CBSE affiliated school for a term of minimum one year. further, the candidate can appear in the next stages of the selection process.
Exam format for stage I Screening test
The screening exam will be conducted in online mode in which questions with multiple choice (MCQ) will be asked. Candidates have to choose one correct option from it. Below is the format of the exam:

Important points
- Candidates applying for PGT/TGT post get failed in Part B but get get pass in Part A can avail the scorecard for PRT teaching post.
- The marks scored by the candidate in the screening test will be normalized to 100.
- 1/4 marks will be deducted of the candidate for each wrong answer.
- To qualify in the stage 1 screening exam the candidate has to score minimum 50% marks in each part.

- Previous year candidates who are having a valid scorecard can also appear in the stage 1 screening exam to improve their score
- Previous year candidate having a scorecard of stage 1 TGT exam can give screening exam for PGT exam.

IInd Stage : Interview
the notification for the stage to interview them will be notified on:

After the notification is out for stage 2 interview the candidate has to the response as per the instructions in due time. The venue for the interview will be in any of the school decided by the local management as per the convenience.
IIIrd Stage: Evaluating teaching skills and proficiency in computer
candidates who are applying for language subjects will have to undergo a written test. this written test will consist of essay writing and comprehension which will be for 15 marks each. However the computer proficiency test may or may not take place as it will depend upon the the selection committee to conduct it or not.

Note: A PG candidate with who has below 50% marks in UG but have scored above 50% marks in PG is eligible to appear for the teaching post in relative subject.

The age of candidate as on 1st April 2021 must be:

Note:
- Fresh candidate are those who have less than 5 years of teaching experience.
- Experienced candidate are those who have more than 5 years of teaching experience.
How to register?
The candidates have to login to registration portal at http://aps-csb.in/College/Index_New.aspx. Candidates can register for the screening exam at the registration portal from 1st October to 20 October (till 5pm) after which the registration will be closed. The registration fee for exam is Rs 500 which is non refundable.
- Login to www.aps-csb.in.
- Click on new user.
- Read the instructions, select the checkbox and click on proceed.
- Fill the details asked in the form and proceed further.
- Pay the exam fee through payment option such as Debit/Credit card or Netbanking.
- Upload the photograph, signature, D.O.B proof, and academic certificates and marsheets.
After this the candidate will get confirmation on mail and through sms regarding the successful registration.
How to download the admit card?
The admit card for the screening exam will be available online on 4/11/2020 on the registration portal. Candidates will be notified for downloading their admit card. The candidates have to login the registration portal through his user id and password and thereafter they can download the admit card.
Previous year question papers
Candidates looking for the previous year question paper can avail it from the registration portal but for that they have to pay charges for it. Following are the charges for question papers:

The fee for previous year question paper is to be paid online at aps-cbs portal. After the payment of fees, the candidates can download the question papers by logging in again after 24 hrs.
Stage I Screening exam result
The tentative date for result declaration of Screening exam is 2nd Dec, 2020. Candidates will be notified when the results are out. To check the result, candidates have to login to the Aps-csb portal. The result will be available for a period of 30 days on the website after which the scorecard can be availed only through offline mode on special requests and charges will be applicable on it. So candidates are advised to check and download their result within due time.
After completion of fee payment the candidate will have to upload following documents that includes.
(i) Photographs and signatures
(ii) Proof of date of birth
(iii) Certificates of academic qualifications
The other phases of selection are Interview and Evaluation of teaching skills. This will be done by the school which will release the recruitment notification.
The screening test scorecard is valid for 3 years and this scorecard has to be shown to the school which releases the recruitment notification and completing the other phase of selection, you will definitely get the job.
